No 2012-13 Football Season

EA Sports has decided to take out the franchise mode in Madden NFL 13, so therefore there cannot be a season this year. It’s very unfortunate that this happened as I was looking forward to a great year. If anything changes I will let you know, but for now, it looks as if I won’t be back with this blog until next fall.

Super Bowl III Crowns Eagles as Champions

32-16 was the final as the Colts were downed in their hometown to lose the Super Bowl.  Philadelphia took down two number 1 teams in three weeks defeating the Falcons and the Colts for the Super Bowl. Thanks to EA Sports and Madden NFL 12 for another great season. We’ll be back soon enough to kick off another great season.

Super Bowl II…………….Rematch of Week 8

Even though the Saints held the Vikings to 7 points in the second half, they could only score 14, giving the Vikings a 28-17 victory to go to the Super Bowl as the team with the best record, 14-1-1.  This puts on a rematch of week 8 between these two teams. The Vikings ended up with a win in a close one, 20-17. This promises to be a good Super Bowl match-up, just like last year’s between the Broncos and 49ers. Will the NFC continue to win both Super Bowls? Or will the Patriots avenge the Broncos this year? These questions will be answered in two weeks. Coming up next week, the Pro Bowl, Januray 30th, kicking off at 7.

NFC

Nearing the end of the 1st half, the Vikings have a big lead 21-3. The Saints will need to start working on there defense and start a flowing offense if they want to get back in this one.
